The Opportunity 
The Supervisor reports to the Vice President and supports the RTA team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: to ensure we provide a risk averse environment to our clients and strengthen our client relationships by collaboration, teamwork and a drive to exceed. 
Primary responsibilities include:  
  
Client Work and Client Service   
  • Review investor transactions, financial balance inputs, and investor-related reports in accordance with company policies and procedures; 
  • Ensure accuracy and maintain up-to-date records in the system; 
  • Respond promptly and professionally to investor queries; 
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing client requests effectively; 
  • Prepare accurate and timely redemption/distribution payments, including banking inputs and supporting documentation; 
  • Conduct customer due diligence, including KYC, FATCA, and CRS documentation collection; 
  • Collaborate with auditors, providing required information and resolving audit queries; 
  • Perform general transfer agency administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments as necessary; 
  • Foster teamwork by assisting colleagues when needed; 
  • Commit to acquiring new skills and capabilities, striving for continuous improvement. 
    
Training and Development   
  • Mentor and train junior team members within the Transfer Agency team; 
  • Commit to acquiring new skills and capabilities, striving for continuous improvement.   
Risk Management  
  • Acting in accordance with internal policies and procedures, consulting with others as appropriate; 
  • Exhibiting integrity;

What You Bring 
We are seeking a highly ethical, self-driven professional with the following qualifications and attributes: 
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in fund administration or related roles within the private equity sector; 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach; 
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently; 
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability; 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; 
  • Meticulous attention to detail; 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (Japanese proficiency is an advantage); 
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment; 
  • Positive mindset and high energy; 
  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new systems.
